G. Donald Jud is principal of Jud & Associates and Professor Emeritus of Finance in the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro . He is author of over 80 academic articles and three books.

Dr. Jud is a past president of the American Real Estate Society (ARES). He is a National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Research Foundation, Distinguished Fellow and a research fellow of the Homer Hoyt Advanced Studies Institute, where he is an emeritus member of the Weimer School Faculty.
